How To Install libclang1 on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libclang1 on Kali Linux.
What is libclang1
libclang1 is:
Clang project is a C, C++, Objective C and Objective C++ front-end for the LLVM compiler. Its goal is to offer a replacement to the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC).
Clang implements all of the ISO C++ 1998, 11 and 14 standards and also provides most of the support of C++17.
This is a dependency package providing the default clang libraries.
The C Interface to Clang provides a relatively small API that exposes facilities for parsing source code into an abstract syntax tree (AST), loading already-parsed ASTs, traversing the AST, associating physical source locations with elements within the AST, and other facilities that support Clang-based development tools.
There are three methods to install libclang1 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libclang1 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libclang1 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libclang1Install libclang1 Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libclang1 using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libclang1 using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libclang1How To Uninstall libclang1 on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libclang1 package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libclang1Uninstall libclang1 And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libclang1 and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libclang1Remove libclang1 Configurations and Data
To remove libclang1 configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libclang1Remove libclang1 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libclang1 configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
