How To Install libchm-dev on Debian 9

What is libchm-dev
libchm-dev is:
It is a very simple library, but sufficient for dealing with all of the chm files. Library currently does not has write support.
CHM files are used on the Microsoft Windows platform to store program documentation, almost always in the form of HTML, with some non-standard quirks. CHM files are a form of archive known as InfoTech Storage Format (ITSF) files and contain some special files to implement features of the CHM viewer.
This package includes development headers, libraries and test programs.
There are three methods to install libchm-dev

Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install libchm-dev

How To Uninstall libchm-dev on Debian 9
To uninstall only the libchm-dev
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libchm-dev
Uninstall libchm-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libchm-dev
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libchm-dev
Remove libchm-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libchm-dev
configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libchm-dev
