How To Install libcdk5-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libcdk5-dev
libcdk5-dev is:
CDK stands for “Curses Development Kit”. CDK sits on top of the curses library and provides 22 ready to use widgets for rapid application development of text-based interfaces. CDK delivers many of the common widget types required for a robust interface. Widgets can be combined to create complex widgets if needed.
This package contains the header files and development libraries for the CDK library.
There are three methods to install libcdk5-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
