How To Install libcbor-dev on Kali Linux

What is libcbor-dev
libcbor-dev is:
CBOR is a general-purpose schema-less binary data format, defined in RFC 7049. This package provides a C library for parsing and generating CBOR.
This package contains the development headers.
There are three methods to install libcbor-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libcbor-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
