How To Install libcava-java on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libcava-java
libcava-java is:
In the spirit of Google Guava, Cava is a set of libraries and other tools to aid development of blockchain and other decentralized software in Java and other JVM languages.
It includes a low-level bytes library, serialization and deserialization codecs (e.g. RLP), various cryptography functions and primatives, and lots of other helpful utilities.
Cava is developed for JDK 1.8 or higher, and depends on various other FOSS libraries, including Guava.
This package only contains the cava-config and cava-toml libraries. The rest of the cava libraries have other dependencies that must be added to Debian first.
There are three methods to install libcava-java on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libcava-java Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libcava-java using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libcava-java using apt by running the following command:

Install libcava-java Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libcava-java using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libcava-java
How To Uninstall libcava-java on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the libcava-java package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libcava-java
Uninstall libcava-java And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libcava-java and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libcava-java
Remove libcava-java Configurations and Data
To remove libcava-java configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libcava-java
