How To Install libcap-ng-utils on Kali Linux

What is libcap-ng-utils
libcap-ng-utils is:
This library implements the user-space interfaces to the POSIX 1003.1e capabilities available in Linux kernels. These capabilities are a partitioning of the all powerful root privilege into a set of distinct privileges.
The libcap-ng library is intended to make programming with POSIX capabilities much easier than the traditional libcap library.
This package contains utilities for analysing and setting file capabilities.
There are three methods to install libcap-ng-utils on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libcap-ng-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libcap-ng-utils using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
