The libbsd-ctor static library is required if setproctitle() is to be used when libbsd is loaded via dlopen() from a threaded program. This can be configured using “pkg-config –libs libbsd-ctor”.

Update yum database with dnf

After updating yum database, We can install libbsd-ctor-static
using dnf

How To Uninstall libbsd-ctor-static on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the libbsd-ctor-static
package we can use the following command:
