How To Install libbrial-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

The core of BRiAl is a C++ library, which provides high-level data types for Boolean polynomials and monomials, exponent vectors, as well as for the underlying polynomial rings and subsets of the powerset of the Boolean variables. As a unique approach, binary decision diagrams are used as internal storage type for polynomial structures. On top of this C++-library a Python interface is provided. This allows parsing of complex polynomial systems, as well as sophisticated and extendable strategies for Groebner base computation. BRiAl features a powerful reference implementation for Groebner basis computation.
This package contains the BRiAl core development files.
There are three methods to install libbrial-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libbrial-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libbrial-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libbrial-dev

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libbrial-dev using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libbrial-dev

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libbrial-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libbrial-dev
How To Uninstall libbrial-dev on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the libbrial-dev package we can use the following command:
