What is libblasr
libblasr is:
Blasr_libcpp is a library used by blasr and other executables such as samtoh5, loadPulses for analyzing PacBio sequences. This library contains three sub-libraries, including pbdata, hdf and alignment.
This package contains the alignment sublibrary.
There are three methods to install libblasr
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install libblasr
