How To Install libbjack-ocaml on Debian 10

What is libbjack-ocaml
libbjack-ocaml is:
ocaml-bjack is a blocking interface to jack audio connection kit. Using it, you can create a jack device and read/write from it much like with ALSA or OSS.
This package contains only the shared runtime stub libraries.
There are three methods to install libbjack-ocaml on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
