How To Install libbibutils-dev on Kali Linux

libbibutils-dev is:
Convert between the following bibliographic data formats: BibTeX, COPAC, EndNote refer, EndNote XML, Pubmed XML, ISI web of science, US Library of Congress MODS, RIS, and Word 2007 bibliography.
This package contains the static library and headers for use by developers.
There are three methods to install libbibutils-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libbibutils-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
