How To Install libbdplus-dev on Kali Linux

What is libbdplus-dev
libbdplus-dev is:
libbdplus is a research project to implement the BD+ System Specifications. It provides, through an open-source library, a way to understand how the BD+ works.
This package DOES NOT provide any key, certificate, configuration file or virtual machine that could be used to decode encrypted copyrighted material.
This package provides the development files for libbdplus0.
There are three methods to install libbdplus-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libbdplus-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libbdplus-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
