How To Install libbaseencode-dev on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libbaseencode-dev on Kali Linux.
What is libbaseencode-dev
libbaseencode-dev is:
Library written in C for encoding and decoding data using base32 or base64 according to RFC-4648.
This package contains the files needed to compile and link programs which use this library.
There are three methods to install libbaseencode-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libbaseencode-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
