How To Install libavis-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

Avis is a high-performance event router. It provides a fast publish/subscribe event routing service compatible with the commercial Elvin implementation developed by Mantara Software.
This package provides header files needed for developing C applications based on the avis client library.
There are three methods to install libavis-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libavis-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
