How To Install libass-dev on Debian 12

What is libass-dev
libass-dev is:
SubStation Alpha (SSA) is a subtitle file format that allows more advanced subtitles than the conventional SRT and similar formats.
This package contains the header files and static libraries needed to compile applications or shared objects that use libass.
There are three methods to install libass-dev on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libass-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
