How To Install libanthy-dev on Kali Linux

What is libanthy-dev
libanthy-dev is:
Anthy is kana-kanji conversion engine for Japanese. It converts hiragana text to mixed kana and kanji. It is implemented as a library and stores private information in ~/.anthy/.
This package provides the files necessary for compiling programs that use Anthy.
There are three methods to install libanthy-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libanthy-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
