How To Install libabsl-dev on Kali Linux

Abseil is an open-source collection of C++ library code designed to augment the C++ standard library. The Abseil library code is collected from Google’s C++ codebase and has been extensively tested and used in production. In some cases, Abseil provides pieces missing from the C++ standard; in others, Abseil provides alternatives to the standard for special needs.
This package contains header files and other data necessary for developing with Abseil.
There are three methods to install libabsl-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libabsl-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libabsl-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libabsl-devInstall libabsl-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libabsl-dev using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libabsl-devInstall libabsl-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libabsl-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libabsl-devHow To Uninstall libabsl-dev on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libabsl-dev package we can use the following command:

To uninstall libabsl-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libabsl-devRemove libabsl-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libabsl-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
