How To Install ledit on Debian 9

In this tutorial we learn how to install ledit on Debian 9.
What is ledit
ledit is:
Ledit is a line editor, allowing to use control commands like in emacs or in shells (bash, tcsh). To be used with interactive commands. It is written in OCaml and Camlp4 and uses the library unix.cma.
There are three methods to install ledit on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
