What is lammps-data

The code is designed to be easy to modify or extend with new functionality. This package contains data files for LAMMPS.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install lammps-data using dnf by running the following command:

Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install lammps-data using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install lammps-data
How To Uninstall lammps-data on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the lammps-data package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove lammps-data
