How To Install kxc on Debian 10
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install kxc on Debian 10.
What is kxc
kxc is:
kxd is a key exchange daemon, which serves blobs of data (keys) over https.
It can be used to get keys remotely instead of using local storage. The main use case is to get keys to open dm-crypt devices automatically, without having to store them on the local machine.
This package provides the client part of kxd.
There are three methods to install kxc on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install kxc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install kxc using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install kxc
Install kxc Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install kxc using apt by running the following command:

Install kxc Using aptitude
