What is kuvert

kuvert is:

kuvert automatically signs and/or encrypts outgoing mail using the PGP/MIME standard (RFC3156), based on the availability of the recipient’s key in your keyring. Other than similar wrappers, kuvert does not store key passphrases itself, ever. kuvert works as a wrapper around your MTA but can be fed mails via SMTP, too.

There are three methods to install kuvert on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install kuvert Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install kuvert using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install kuvert

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install kuvert using apt by running the following command:
