KtoBLZCheck is a library to check account numbers and bank codes of German banks. Both a library for other programs as well as a short command-line tool is available. It is possible to check pairs of account numbers and bank codes (BLZ) of German banks, and to map bank codes (BLZ) to the clear-text name and location of the bank.

We can use yum or dnf to install ktoblzcheck on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install ktoblzcheck.

Install ktoblzcheck on CentOS 7 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache

After updating yum database, We can install ktoblzcheck using yum by running the following command:
