How To Install kea-admin on Debian 9

What is kea-admin
kea-admin is:
KEA is an IPv4 and IPv6 DHCP server developed by Internet Systems Consortium.
This package provides backend database initialization and migration scripts and a DHCP benchmark tool.
There are three methods to install kea-admin on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
