How To Install kded5-dev on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install kded5-dev on Kali Linux.
What is kded5-dev
kded5-dev is:
KDED runs in the background and performs a number of small tasks. Some of these tasks are built in, others are started on demand.
Contains development files.
There are three methods to install kded5-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install kded5-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install kded5-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install kded5-devInstall kded5-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install kded5-dev using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install kded5-devInstall kded5-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install kded5-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install kded5-devHow To Uninstall kded5-dev on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the kded5-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove kded5-devUninstall kded5-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall kded5-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove kded5-devRemove kded5-dev Configurations and Data
To remove kded5-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge kded5-devRemove kded5-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
