kde-config-telepathy-accounts is:
This package provides a KControl module for adding, editing and removing Telepathy accounts. This module can be accessed from system settings under a KDE Plasma desktop.
This package is not meant to be used standalone. It is recommended to install the kde-telepathy metapackage instead.
There are three methods to install kde-config-telepathy-accounts on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install kde-config-telepathy-accounts Using apt-get
