How To Install iselect on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install iselect on Kali Linux.
What is iselect
iselect is:
iSelect is an interactive line selection tool, operating via a full-screen Curses-based terminal session. It can be used either as an user interface frontend controlled by a Bourne-Shell/Perl/Tcl backend as its control script or in batch mode as a pipeline filter (usually between grep and the final executing command).
This package also includes screen-ir, a script to interactively reattach to one of several screen sessions.
There are three methods to install iselect on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install iselect Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install iselect using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install iselectInstall iselect Using apt

sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install iselect using apt by running the following command:

To uninstall only the iselect package we can use the following command:

To remove iselect configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
