How To Install irtt on Debian 12

What is irtt
irtt is:
IRTT (Isochronous Round-Trip Tester) IRTT measures round-trip time, one-way delay and other metrics using UDP packets sent on a fixed period, and produces both user and machine parseable output.
There are three methods to install irtt on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install irtt Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
