How To Install irony-mode on Debian 9

What is irony-mode
irony-mode is:
irony-mode is an Emacs minor-mode that aims at improving the editing experience for the C, C++ and Objective-C languages. It works by using a combination of an Emacs package and a C++ program (irony-server) that uses libclang.
There are three methods to install irony-mode on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install irony-mode Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install irony-mode using apt-get by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install irony-mode using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

How To Uninstall irony-mode on Debian 9
To uninstall only the irony-mode package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove irony-mode

sudo apt-get -y autoremove irony-mode
