How To Install ironic-conductor on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install ironic-conductor on Kali Linux.
What is ironic-conductor
ironic-conductor is:
Ironic provision bare metal machines instead of virtual machines. It is a fork of the Nova Baremetal driver. It is best thought of as a bare metal hypervisor API and a set of plugins which interact with the bare metal hypervisors. By default, it will use PXE and IPMI in concert to provision and turn on/off machines, but Ironic also supports vendor-specific plugins which may implement additional functionality.
This package provides the Ironic Conductore service. It is used to shield database access.
There are three methods to install ironic-conductor on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ironic-conductor Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ironic-conductor using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ironic-conductorInstall ironic-conductor Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ironic-conductor using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
