How To Install irker on Debian 10

irker is:
irkerd is a specialized IRC client that runs as a daemon, allowing other programs to ship IRC notifications by sending JSON objects to a listening socket.
There are three methods to install irker on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install irker Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
