How To Install ircmarkers on Debian 9

What is ircmarkers
ircmarkers is:
IrcMarkers takes a map in .png or .jpg format and a list of coordinates and labels in xplanet format and places markers on the map. It was written to generate user maps of IRC channels. GnuPG/PGP key ids can be associated with each marker, to create “maps of trust”.
There are three methods to install ircmarkers on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ircmarkers Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ircmarkers using apt-get by running the following command:
