How To Install iputils-arping on Kali Linux

What is iputils-arping

The arping command acts like the standard ping command except it pings a machine by its ARP address instead of its IP address. It is typically used to locate a machine if its hardware address is known but its IP address is unknown
There are three methods to install iputils-arping on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install iputils-arping Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install iputils-arping using apt-get by running the following command:
