How To Install iptables-converter on Ubuntu 18.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install iptables-converter on Ubuntu 18.04.
What is iptables-converter
iptables-converter is:
iptables-converter: reads a file with iptables commands and converts these to an iptables-save readable format. To provide compatibility with iptables-save -c command zero packet and byte counters [0:0] are printed out. ip6tables-converter does the same for IPv6.
There are three methods to install iptables-converter on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
