How To Install ioping on Debian 10

What is ioping
ioping is:
ioping monitors disk I/O latency in real time. The main idea behind ioping is to have a utility similar to ping, which will show disk I/O latency in the same way ping shows network latency.
There are three methods to install ioping
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install ioping Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
