How To Install insilicoseq on Ubuntu 22.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install insilicoseq on Ubuntu 22.04.
What is insilicoseq
insilicoseq is:
Primarily intended for simulating metagenomic samples, it can also be used to produce sequencing data from a single genome.
InSilicoSeq is written in Python, and use kernel density estimators to model the read quality of real sequencing data.
InSilicoSeq support substitution, insertion and deletion errors. If you don’t have the use for insertion and deletion error a basic error model is provided.
There are three methods to install insilicoseq on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install insilicoseq Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install insilicoseq using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install insilicoseq

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
