How To Install ibverbs-providers on Debian 10

What is ibverbs-providers
ibverbs-providers is:
libibverbs is a library that allows userspace processes to use RDMA “verbs” as described in the InfiniBand Architecture Specification and the RDMA Protocol Verbs Specification. iWARP ethernet NICs support RDMA over hardware-offloaded TCP/IP, while InfiniBand is a high-throughput, low-latency networking technology. InfiniBand host channel adapters (HCAs) and iWARP NICs commonly support direct hardware access from userspace (kernel bypass), and libibverbs supports this when available.
A RDMA driver consists of a kernel portion and a user space portion. This package contains the user space verbs drivers:

There are three methods to install ibverbs-providers on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

How To Uninstall ibverbs-providers on Debian 10
To uninstall only the ibverbs-providers package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove ibverbs-providers
Uninstall ibverbs-providers And Its Dependencies
To uninstall ibverbs-providers and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 10, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove ibverbs-providers
Remove ibverbs-providers Configurations and Data
To remove ibverbs-providers configuration and data from Debian 10 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge ibverbs-providers
