How To Install hotswap-text on Ubuntu 18.04

hotswap-text is:
Hotswap is a utility to register and deregister hotswappable IDE hardware. It is written to be used on Laptops with some sort of hardware bay to remove the module from the machine without rebooting it. eg. Dell Laptops.
Note that this utility is not required to insert or remove batteries or floppy disk drives; only for IDE devices.
This package includes the command line tool.
There are three methods to install hotswap-text on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install hotswap-text Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install hotswap-text using apt-get by running the following command:
