How To Install hmmer2-doc on Ubuntu 18.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install hmmer2-doc on Ubuntu 18.04.
What is hmmer2-doc
hmmer2-doc is:
HMMER is an implementation of profile hidden Markov model methods for sensitive searches of biological sequence databases using multiple sequence alignments as queries.
Given a multiple sequence alignment as input, HMMER builds a statistical model called a “hidden Markov model” which can then be used as a query into a sequence database to find (and/or align) additional homologues of the sequence family.
This package contains documents and example files for the hmmer2 package.
There are three methods to install hmmer2-doc on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install hmmer2-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install hmmer2-doc using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install hmmer2-doc

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install hmmer2-doc using apt by running the following command:

Install hmmer2-doc Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
