How To Install hmmer2-doc on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install hmmer2-doc on Kali Linux.
What is hmmer2-doc
hmmer2-doc is:
HMMER is an implementation of profile hidden Markov model methods for sensitive searches of biological sequence databases using multiple sequence alignments as queries.
Given a multiple sequence alignment as input, HMMER builds a statistical model called a “hidden Markov model” which can then be used as a query into a sequence database to find (and/or align) additional homologues of the sequence family.
This package contains documents and example files for the hmmer2 package.
There are three methods to install hmmer2-doc on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install hmmer2-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install hmmer2-doc using apt-get by running the following command:
