How To Install hmmer-doc on Debian 9

What is hmmer-doc
hmmer-doc is:
HMMER is an implementation of profile hidden Markov model methods for sensitive searches of biological sequence databases using multiple sequence alignments as queries.
Given a multiple sequence alignment as input, HMMER builds a statistical model called a “hidden Markov model” which can then be used as a query into a sequence database to find (and/or align) additional homologues of the sequence family.

There are three methods to install hmmer-doc on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install hmmer-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install hmmer-doc using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install hmmer-doc

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
