How To Install hatari on Ubuntu 20.04

What is hatari
hatari is:
Hatari is an emulator for the Atari ST line of computers.
The Atari ST was a 16/32 bit computer system which was first released by Atari in 1985. Using the Motorola 68000 CPU, it was a very popular computer having quite a lot of CPU power at that time.
Unlike many other Atari ST emulators which try to give you a good environment for running GEM applications, Hatari tries to emulate the hardware of a ST as close as possible so that it is able to run most of the old ST games and demos.
There are three methods to install hatari
on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install hatari Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install hatari
using apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install hatari

Install hatari Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude

After updating apt database, We can install hatari

sudo aptitude -y install hatari
How To Uninstall hatari on Ubuntu 20.04
To uninstall only the hatari
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove hatari
Uninstall hatari And Its Dependencies
To uninstall hatari
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 20.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove hatari
Remove hatari Configurations and Data
To remove hatari
configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge hatari
Remove hatari configuration, data, and all of its dependencies

configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge hatari
