How To Install guitarix-ladspa on Ubuntu 18.04

guitarix-ladspa is:
Guitarix is a rock guitar amplifier for the Jack Audio Connection Kit with one input and two outputs. It is designed to produce nice trash/metal/rock/blues guitar sounds and comes with a GTK+ interface and as Ladspa and LV2 plugins.
This package contains the ladspa audio plugins that come together with guitarix, but can also be used by any other ladspa host.
There are three methods to install guitarix-ladspa on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install guitarix-ladspa using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install guitarix-ladspa using apt by running the following command:

Install guitarix-ladspa Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To remove guitarix-ladspa configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge guitarix-ladspa
Remove guitarix-ladspa configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove guitarix-ladspa configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge guitarix-ladspa
