How To Install guitarix-doc on Debian 12

on Debian 12.
What is guitarix-doc
guitarix-doc is:
Guitarix is a rock guitar amplifier for the JACK Audio Connection Kit with one input and two outputs. It is designed to produce nice thrash/metal/rock/blues guitar sounds.
Guitarix is available as a GTK+ interface and the project provides LV2 and LADSPA plugins (see the guitarix-lv2 and guitarix-ladspa packages).

There are three methods to install guitarix-doc
on Debian 12. We can use apt-get

and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install guitarix-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install guitarix-doc
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install guitarix-doc

Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install guitarix-doc
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install guitarix-doc
Install guitarix-doc Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install guitarix-doc
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install guitarix-doc
How To Uninstall guitarix-doc on Debian 12
To uninstall only the guitarix-doc
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove guitarix-doc
Uninstall guitarix-doc And Its Dependencies
To uninstall guitarix-doc
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 12, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove guitarix-doc
