How To Install gtk-redshift on Ubuntu 18.04

This is a transitional dummy package for redshift-gtk. It can safely be removed.
This package provides GTK+ integration.
There are three methods to install gtk-redshift

Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install gtk-redshift

After updating apt database, We can install gtk-redshift

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update

How To Uninstall gtk-redshift on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the gtk-redshift
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove gtk-redshift
Uninstall gtk-redshift And Its Dependencies
To uninstall gtk-redshift
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove gtk-redshift
Remove gtk-redshift Configurations and Data
To remove gtk-redshift
configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge gtk-redshift
Remove gtk-redshift configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
