Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh

How To Uninstall grub2-tools-minimal on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the grub2-tools-minimal package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove grub2-tools-minimal
