How To Install grub-common on Kali Linux

What is grub-common
grub-common is:
This package contains common files shared by the distinct flavours of GRUB. It is shared between GRUB Legacy and GRUB 2, although a number of files specific to GRUB 2 are here as long as they do not break GRUB Legacy.
grub-mkrescue needs the suggested packages mtools (for UEFI targets) and xorriso.
There are three methods to install grub-common on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install grub-common Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install grub-common using apt-get by running the following command:

To uninstall only the grub-common package we can use the following command:

To remove grub-common configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
