How To Install gpgrt-tools on Debian 12

What is gpgrt-tools
gpgrt-tools is:
gpgrt (also known as libgpg-error) defines common error values, messages, and common runtime functionality for all GnuPG components. Among these are GPG, GPGSM, GPGME, GPG-Agent, libgcrypt, pinentry, SmartCard Daemon and possibly more in the future.
This package contains yat2m, a Texinfo to nroff/troff converter useful for building manpages, and gpg-error, a binary for deciphering GnuPG/libgcrypt error codes.
There are three methods to install gpgrt-tools on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install gpgrt-tools using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install gpgrt-tools
How To Uninstall gpgrt-tools on Debian 12
To uninstall only the gpgrt-tools package we can use the following command:
