Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install google-noto-serif-cjk-ttc-fonts using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install google-noto-serif-cjk-ttc-fonts

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

How To Uninstall google-noto-serif-cjk-ttc-fonts on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the google-noto-serif-cjk-ttc-fonts package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove google-noto-serif-cjk-ttc-fonts
