How To Install gnome-genius on Kali Linux

What is gnome-genius
gnome-genius is:
Genius is a general purpose calculator program similar in some aspects to BC, Matlab or Maple. It is useful both as a simple calculator and as a research or educational tool. The syntax is very intuitive and is designed to mimic how mathematics is usually written.
This package contains a GNOME frontend for genius.
There are three methods to install gnome-genius on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install gnome-genius Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install gnome-genius using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the gnome-genius package we can use the following command:

To remove gnome-genius configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
