What is globus-gram-audit
The Grid Community Toolkit (GCT) is an open source software toolkit used for building grid systems and applications. It is a fork of the Globus Toolkit originally created by the Globus Alliance. It is supported by the Grid Community Forum (GridCF) that provides community-based support for core software packages in grid computing. The globus-gram-audit package contains GRAM Jobmanager Auditing
We can use yum
or dnf
to install globus-gram-audit
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install globus-gram-audit.
Install globus-gram-audit on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install globus-gram-audit
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install globus-gram-audit
Install globus-gram-audit on CentOS 7 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install globus-gram-audit
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install globus-gram-audit
How To Uninstall globus-gram-audit on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the globus-gram-audit
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove globus-gram-audit
